Business Development Manager - London / Hybrid

Cybaverse is looking for a passionate, motivated team player to join one of the fastest-growing cyber security companies in the South East of England. Cybaverse is having great success in engaging with new business and retention of existing customers due to the outstanding service our clients receive. We are looking for a BDM to increase this already fast-growing client base. The candidate must have 12 months minimum experience in sales. However, this does not have to be in cyber security as the team can teach the service lines. The right candidate is more important to us.


The ideal candidate will be engaging, persuasive, and ambitious with a strategic approach to sales and driven to hit and succeed targets. The role will be flexible with regular travel to our office in Chichester.


Cybaverse are a highly ambitious cyber security consultancy/MSSP. We hold multiple accreditations and have some of the top cyber security talents across the UK. Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation
  • Building and developing long term relationships with new and existing clients and stakeholders
  • Achieve and exceed team and individual sales targets
  • Managing the accounts, engagements and projects agreed, sold and won under your role through the CRM system.
  • Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets
  • Build proposals and assist the delivery team in ensuring projects are relayed back to the client in the most appropriate manner

Desirables

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a sales role
  • Experience working in a cyber security consultancy, MSSP or MSP advantageous
  • Desire to learn and improve knowledge in both cyber security and sales
  • Confident in client-facing engagements
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment

Benefits

  • Salary £25,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped OTE
  • Flexi working environment - the role will be flexible with regular travel to our office in Chichester.
